Before and After School Care

Please note that staff are busy with arrivals in the morning and dismissal in the evening. If you are picking your student(s) up early (before the 2:50 pm dismissal time), please note that you must do so by 1:50 pm. Parents must be in the building by this time and cannot call the office to have their scholar(s) in the office when they arrive. For a smoother transition, please contact the classroom teacher to advise that you need to pick your scholar up early so that teachers can plan accordingly and you won't have to wait while they finish testing, presentations, etc.
Also, please do not call the office the day of to change your scholar's dismissal plan. For instance, if your child normally rides a day care van in the afternoon, it would be best to let the teacher know the afternoon before that your scholar's dismissal plans have changed. Often, parents are in the car line and their scholar has already been dismissed to the pre-planned daycare facility.

Parents SHOULD NOT get out of their car and walk up to the school to pick up their child during dismissal.

These fees should be negotiated with the company. TMSA does not provide fee assistance for any of these services.
